The Snowy Owl Inn is the perfect destination for your next business function, family reunion, or intimate wedding ceremony. We have done functions as small as 10 person meetings with a coffee break and lunch to a 125 person conference with cocktail hour and banquet. We are happy to help with your itinerary and team building ideas.
Our spacious lobby atrium, with its natural wood and three-story fieldstone fireplace highlight the award winning architecture of the building. In addition we have several smaller lobbies located throughout the Inn, each with fireplaces for smaller casual meetings or break out workshops. We have three rooms for conferences and retreats and can tailor the setup to what you need. The inn provides the following for use during your conference: Podium with microphone, dvd player, wi-fi, projector, easel with flip charts and markers. Any special requests, please let us know!
To make it a full conference, you need activities! Along with your itinerary, save time for skiing in the winter and our endless list of summer activities. In addition to sharing the Valley activities, we would also like to cook for you! We have our own chef George on site and can cook anything from pizza parties to elegant plated dinners. We can plan a food package in with your stay or just join us for a casual dinner in the pub, hot breakfast in the dining room or picking up a boxed lunch from us before heading out for the day. We can cater a room cost with food package for a per person conference charge.
